Overview

The Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Mathematics provides a solid grounding in all areas of modern mathematics, as well as the fundamentals of physics and computer science. Graduates are able to carry out responsible tasks in research centres, in services and in public administration, as well as in the communication of mathematics and science; they are also able to understand and use mathematical and numerical models of natural, social and economic phenomena and of technological problems, and can therefore find a place in scientific application contexts and in organisations operating in the widest range of productive and service sectors.
